Bought their top of the line bed only a few months ago and black mold is already growing in the center. Top pads constantly shift leaving a 6 inch gap in the center of the bed (spit Cal King) and it is unbearably hot to sleep on. Store employees and manager act useless after the purchase and will only refer you to the 800 number. $8,000 wasted. Anyone who leaves a 5 star review here either works or has a relative that works for this company. Search google and you will see all the problems (and lawsuits) these bed have. Infact, if I had only spoke to my neighbor I would not have made this purchase as they've had one for a couple of years now and hate it for the same reasons we do. Pay attention to the points they focus on when you make the purchase, because these will be the very same things that become problems later.

Great service! Came here interested in a specific mattress from looking online, and the associate who helped us was really pleasant, helpful, and experienced. The whole process of trying out the mattresses and finding your number, and seeing your individual pressure points, was really cool. The only thing I didn't care for is they do charge for delivery, and for the amount of money folks spend on these mattresses, it seems like they should offer a free delivery option. Maybe the best part: A few days after we bought our mattress, I saw an ad on TV that it was on sale. I went to the Sleep Number website to double check. Sure enough, they had shaved $200 off the mattress right after we bought it. I chatted with a customer service representative on the website and asked for a credit of the difference, and they did it, no questions asked. It was great service!

I had some problems with Barb in the Tacoma store, but Alyssa at the Silverdale store was wonderful to work with. Will take some time to adjust the bed, but really glad I bought it.

Mattress molded in center within a year, plastic box springs broke in 14 monthes. Me and my wife were constantly rolled into middle of matress because of lack of stability of air mattress. Not worth money.
