Service was excellent and as expected, the store was tidy and overall clean. Everything was organized very well. However, this is at the end of the mall, so if you plan on visiting the rest of the mall after jc penny, be prepared for a long walk back to your vehicle. Great store, great people, with plenty of parking and space.

We ordered a California King mattress set for my daughter and son in law back in November from the Silverdale mall (Kitsap Mall) location. It was to be delivered in December. When the delivery service came to deliver, they were missing one of the twin box springs. It turns out the lady who sold us the set, didn't put in the order correctly. We were told later by the delivery service that JCPenney hadn't put in the order yet for the box spring. When it was finally ordered, we were told it would be here today on the 11th, nearly two months later after ordering. My daughter received a call from the delivery service yesterday stating they would be here tomorrow (today, the 11th) between 10-12. My daughter had an appointment this morning for her newborn son and had to leave before picking up his prescription because she needed to be back before the delivery. At 11:30, she called the delivery service only to be told they couldn't find her order this morning and wasn't put on the truck. They didn't have the decency to call her to inform her. They told her they would deliver on Saturday, which we had plans for the day. We will NEVER buy furniture from you again, nor do I think I want to shop at and support a company who is going to treat their customers this way! Shame on you!
