Hi there, I want to share my recent experience after purchasing many pieces of furniture for my new condo. Unfortunately for many reasons my my experience was not a positive one. Many pieces were delivered damaged and on follow up with the owner and some of the stores representatives i was left less than satisfied. I really don't want to dwell on the people who didn't value me as a customer and instead I want to turn your attention to the most positive customer service experience i encountered. Just when I was at a loss regarding how I was going to get what I paid for i started to talk to Paula. Paula was empathetic and truly valued me as a customer. Even on her days off she would reply to my messages. I felt that she wanted to make things right for me. I tried to be patient, understanding that somethings take time to get sorted out and every-time I would get frustrated Paula reassured me that everything would be fine and that she would personally ensure that things would be rectified. Paula, you are the corner stone of the Conestoga store and I want to share with everyone my personal experience and hope that your employer truly values you and the excellent customer service skills that you bring to their business. I would be writing a very different message it it were not for you. Paula you deserve 5 stars however I don't think your company as a whole deserves that. Keep up the excellent work Paula. Susie

As soon as I walked in the front doors of this gallery I felt comfortable to shop, had very good assistance from the staff, I absolutely Love my New couch. It looks amazing in my living room. Thanks I highly recommend these guys.

I have knowing this furniture store for couple of years now and every time I go there I am always welcomed with a smile and friendly customer service. Imran is a very patience guy who always put customer satisfaction first, I searched for a good furniture store before I found CFG and none were compare in terms of prices and quality. They have been very patience with me as I placed my orders in layaway and I am very grateful for that so yes I would recommend Conestoga Furniture Gallery to anyone.

We went to look at the "sale items" as there were signs all over the roads, we went in the staff had no idea about the products and tried to tell us a low grade leather was the highest grade at the highest price. They also did not have any items for sale and said that some items were 10-15% off. We were extremely disappointed as we were very interested in 3 items in the store. Will not go back and will not recommend to anyone.

Staff are great there;they acknowleged me about the stuff they have and moreover,they left me alone for browsing. the store is beautiful and well organised.
