Large location with a good range in variety. A nice amount of staff present so it isn't hard to find help. Quick check outs and they are fast to open a second register. If they are promoting any service/product they are respectful and not pushy which is quite refreshing. Very clean kept, well stocked store.
I went over lunch, so it was really busy with people trying to get errands done over their break. Employees were nice especially dealing with grumpy and impatient customers. They plotted out a big print for me - good job.
, nnI had a fantastic experience at Staples! The store was impeccably clean and well-lit, creating a pleasant shopping atmosphere. It wasn't too crowded, which made browsing a breeze. The highlight was the excellent customer service – the staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and ready to assist without being overbearing. Overall, a great visit!
FOLLOW UP REVIEW:nI originally gave a 1/5 review see below due to a very frustrating experience I had with the print shop. After speaking with Rob directly, he offered me to re-submit my order that was missing, which I declined to do as the original order took many hours of work that I cannot get back. He offered to refund me for the order instead, which I ended up doing and refunding the other 2 books as well since they were gifts and we wanted all 3 wedding albums to match. Rob was very kind and professional when interacting with him on the phone and in person. I understand this was not the fault of those working at this Staples location, but more an issue with fujifilm and their photo book printing service so I changed my review to reflect the positive experience I had dealing with Rob to figure out what the problem was and a resolution.nnORIGINAL REVIEW:nI ordered hard cover print books of my wedding pictures through Staples. When I went to pick them up, one of the books was missing now I hadn’t received a confirmation for pick up of that specific order however the other 2 orders that came in, one had a yellow line in one of the pictures. What I thought would be an easy fix to have the company re-print my order has turned into an absolute headache & nightmare. I spoke to a girl on the phone for 15min today, wasting my time and basically have not resolved a single thing. The only option that has been offered was to refund & re-do my order that is missing… this is simply unacceptable. I would have gone with a completely different company had I known this is what would have happened. I also have received NO communication regarding either order #’s.. the one that was sent for re-do I got 0 communication that the new book was in and it’s been approx. 2.5-3 weeks since I initially ordered all of the print books and have STILL NOT received any information on the order that has not shown up. Such an unpleasant experience. Stay away from the print shop so you don’t have to endure the headache.
Incredible experience at the print shop! Rob and team were so helpful with some last minute printing needed for a wedding. They saved us hours of effort and were so helpful and even offered to back the printed resources on foam core which was so helpful!
