I had a very disappointing experience at this Staples location while trying to drop off a FedEx package.nnThe drop-off counter clearly displayed multiple services, including Amazon, FedEx, and Purolator. When we approached, the employee only asked if our package was for Amazon. After we said no, we were left standing there without any guidance on where to go. Meanwhile, several customers who arrived after us were helped before us.nnWe waited for quite a long time, assuming we were in the correct line based on the signage. When it was finally our turn, we were told that we were in the wrong line and should have gone elsewhere. This information could have been provided when we first arrived, which would have saved us a significant amount of time.nnWhat was most disappointing was the lack of customer service and communication. Instead of helping us understand the process, the staff member's attitude came across as dismissive and unprofessional. As customers, we expected clearer directions and more respectful treatment.nnI hope management can improve staff communication and ensure customers are properly directed when they arrive at the shipping counter.

I was able to find everything I needed for my electronics quickly and easily. They have a wide range of products, fair prices, and the staff was very helpful. A smooth and satisfying shopping experience. Highly recommended!

I had the best experience ever dealing with Vinay in upgrading my cellphone. I didn't even go there to buy a new phone only for a new charging cord. I was hesitant to upgrade my phone because of a password keeper from Blackberry that I use. Vinay helped me set up everything up seemlessly! NEVER order anything here - the promised delivery date is not going to be accurate even if you place your order weeks in advance. Terrible customer service and total inability to take responsibility for their actions.
