Went to paint dept. Needed help finding best paint for the required project. Graham Appleby knew exactly which paint to recommend and provided a very thorough explanation answering all my questions. Graham also provided a small application demonstration using the paint which I had purchased, based on his recommendation as the paint was a bit challenging to apply since it was a professional designer's paint. It's been a month since I purchased the paint and I have just started to use it on the project.....Graham you know your paint.....Thank you.....The project is now underway and the Marquee was the right choice in paint! Hope to see you back at Home Depot next summer as will need help selecting more paint for another project....

Had scheduled two deliveries on separate occasions. First scheduled delivery arrived three days late and the second delivery did not show up on allotted day. Called the store and they promised a call back. This never happened then 6 days later my delivery turns up with no call ahead to let me know it was being delivered. Like the store but deliveries are another matter altogether

Lazy ass holes here. Stupid people walk by you while your trying to get scaffold out that they pile so stupidly. Maybe somebody will get injured and some of your employees will have to lose their jobs over the expense of it all. All I'm asking for is for some people to pull their heads out of their goddamn ass. I'll take my business to Huntsville now unfortunately it's still at Home Depot

Not Bracebridges fault but the site is a trainwreck. No my nearest store is not Markham.. thats 200km away and there are 6 stores between my location and that one. I challenge you to see rentable stuff on the website. Pretty impossible and embarassing for a giant company . Even a big button that says "see tool rentals" doesnt do it.

Only one cashier open and she is running self serve. All other cashiers are closed. Understaffed and ignored. This happens repeatedly at this store rarely is there any cashiers working. Management does not care.
