The Home Depot

This is one of my favourite Home Depot‘s in all of Ontario!! I’d like to send a HUGE shoutout to one of the cashiers there her name is Marcy. I was completely impressed with her professionalism and customer service.She always going the extra mile to help.nWe need more people like this in the world today!

Not one person who helps you actually have any wisdom on building or any work around any corner of the store again not their fault but the fault they do have is they falsely try to act like they know what they're talking about and give you advice when that advice is not sound nor the best and they don't understand things they don't admit to saying they don't understand it. They just make up something to make it seem like they do and it's so obvious that it must be in their training to act like they know what they're talking about when they don't. I've caught them Doing this many times as I've been there two times in the past 2 months I believe and each time same situation. I just don't believe they should tell people they hire to say they know stuff if they don't and give advice upon not knowing what they think is right. If that makes sense.

Great customer service and always ready to help you to find the right product. Lots of parking space

Arrived at this location late afternoon and immediately got offered help with large items we needed to purchase drywall, cement, etc..nnThe service was exceptional from the kitchen section staff, to the tools and building materials sections.nnA great big thank you to Kim, Joan, Rob and Jessica for their exceptional service and for making our experience such a positive one.nnWill definitely return :

Do not buy an appliance from herenCustomer service is non-existing. One hour of internet searching to get support for my broken appliance that is less than 6 months old.
