My wife is out in Bracebridge at her dad's, I ordered from here as I'm in Kitchener. She did a wonderful job, I do find that it's a little on the costly side but you get what you pay for :)

I just wanted to tell you that the funeral arrangement you sent for Gladys was amazing!! I have been getting a lot of feedback on how beautiful they are, not being able to be at the service myself getting this feedback meant the world to me, Thank you so much for making this easy for me!!!!!!

Came in asking for a corsage to be fixed from a store that wasn't even this one, and it was fixed, possibly made even better. Love the store :)

The owner had very poor customer service skills. She does not respond to emails or texts. I tried to get a quote from CR flowers for my wedding and the entire experience was extremely frustrating! When I followed up with Cindy for the quote I had requested, she still had no information for me, even though I called her weeks after our initial meeting. She was very unorganized! I would never recommend this business to anyone.
