Lots of choices for board games and such. Staff was quick to answer when asked where the card games and board games were. Great customer service from a very friendly cashier. All shelves stocked to capacity! This is the perfect one stop shop for your cottage drive.
No option for zero stars. I drove an hour to get dog food that the website said was in stock at the store. When I arrived I could not locate the dog food. I walked around the whole store looking for an employee to help me. I was unsuccessful so I went up to the cashiers and asked if they could call somebody to come and help me. They told me to go to customer service. I stood in the lineup for a very long time when it was my turn I said I was looking for this product it says it's in stock here I drove an hour just to get it can somebody please help me locate it. Another associate walks behind the counter and the one I was speaking to originally asked if they could help me and they rudely said if it's not on the shelf then they don't have it. I said will you please come look for it with me as I do not know the store and if they could look in the back, I was rudely told no. I left a cart full of merchandise there as their customer service was pathetic and was highly irritated that they did not want to do their job and would rather just say no to a paying customer. Will never return to this location.
Good all around shopping experience... they had everything I needed, prices were great, hard time finding staff when I had questions, but I guess these days that's just assumed at big box retail, quick trip to pick up some totes ... all in all got what I wanted and didn't have to waste a whole day ... would recommend for all your all-in-one shopping trip needs ...
Worst cash experience I have ever had, very disappointing. Screaming baby, the store cash was very busy, and I was just trying to get through and out the door without having to leave a buggy full of groceries, and there were only 2 registers open. Grateful to the stranger that allowed me to go ahead of them. I was halfway through unloading my buggy when I was rudely told by the cashier that they were closing and forced me to reload my cart and go and try to find the next lane open. Very disappointed, despite being the best price in town for baby diapers and wipes, I will not be returning any time soon.
Visit August, 2020. Ample parking, mobility impaired fully accessible. Great variety of produce and excellent prices. Convenient and good location near the highway.
Connie CSR at check-out is truly amazing at her job. Her interpersonal skills, knowledge about policies and procedures and her dedication to going above and beyond for customers is unparalleled. I will be following up with corporate to ask to give this woman a raise. Truly one of a kind!
This store is really bad, it can’t hold any stock at all. summer fall winter, doesn’t matter. People that stock stuff cut the boxes open and Puncture product, this is the 4th time I’ve bought cheese completely open not noticing till I get home and many other items. I’d suggest going to orillia, they stock their shelves
Placed an online order, got notification it was ready for pickup. Called # posted and waited on the line for more than 7 minutes and no one picked up. Saw other cars pull in and leave with the same issue. Super disappointing.
Always clean and organized. I don't find that at other Walmart stores. Also, their produce department is better quality than most. This is my go to store when I need a variety of things and don't want to make trips to several stores.
Store is always clean and always has great selection for clothing, household items, and pet accessories! Love shopping here because I usually find what I'm looking for.
