I contacted Muskoka Party Rentals for glassware for a conference taking place this weekend. Yes, this was a last minute request as this is a very busy event weekend. Alex at first did an excellent job of sourcing what I needed, quoted me $0.40 per unit, and the arrangement was for my client to pick up the glasses tomorrow and return them a week later. When I received the contract however it stated $0.60 per unit. I called Alex and he said the $0.40 per unit rate was for 3 days and $0.60 per unit is the rate for the week we needed. I reminded him he was aware we needed them for the week when he quoted me $0.40 just 10 minutes earlier over the phone. He agreed to the $0.40 per unit rate, again verbally. Less than an hour later I called back as I had not received the revised contract, and was told his boss called my client directly and told them they no longer have the glasses available. What went wrong?!? 1) Don't quote one rate and send a contract at a higher rate 10 minutes later without an explanation. 2) Don't say you'll honour the original quote and then not honour it by changing your story and saying you no longer have the inventory. 3) Don't deal with me from the beginning of the transaction, and then call my client directly who I have been hired to source these items, and then not even call or email me to let me know what is going on. I will never work with this vendor again. No integrity at management level.

I used Muskoka Party Rentals for my wedding and they did a great job organizing everything including my last minute changes. They were a bit pricey but great to work with. I would recommend them!

Our experiences with Muskoka Party Rentals have been great. They have been accommodating and friendly in all departments we have had contact with. Great option for your local tent and even rental supplies. As far as issues go, I haven't encountered anything with MPR that I haven't encountered with any other rental companies that we've work with in the past.

We had the wonderful pleasure of renting a bouncy castle from Muskoka Rentals for my son's birthday. It's was absolutely awesome and very much a party favorite! My experience with Muskoka Party Rentals was excellent and I'd highly recommend them to anyone ;-)

Kim and the team at Muskoka Party Rentals are fantastic! They are consistent and timely from placing orders through to delivery and pick up. We have been very pleased with the quality of product every time and will continue to lean towards a local company for all hospitality rental needs.
