went to check for winter tires. staff gave me some recommendations. came back the day after to have my tires installed. #WinterReady 👌🏽 smooth transaction. ✅ fast service. ✅ great staff. ✅

Waited almost 25 minutes in the sporting goods section for someone to help me get something behind the glass. I even hit that button for service but nothing. Had to go find someone at a different section to get help. He was nice and apologetic but I won't get that half hour back. Seems to be a consistent theme at this store but it's closer than greenwood so I have no choice but to return when needed, just never when i'm in a rush.

One cart is able to get through the aisle, then add another person and its a joke. The junk in the aisles is pathetic. We left .

I would like to thank the auto service department as on Aug 7 2017 I was heading home to Ont, developed a flat tire. This being a holiday and no local tire stores being open and because of the puncture I was told it would require a special fix. Found the New-Minas Canadian Tire open. They took in my van right away, the service was quick and I was on my way and best thing there was no charge.

Pretty organized store but if you are going to the parts counter don't expect to be vin and out very quickly
