Didn't do exactly what I wanted but my hair still looks really nice and the staff is friendly

Terrible service! I had called in to ask for an appointment and they told me I didn't need to worry since they had a lot of stylists. I showed up at around at the exact time I told them I would be there. I sat for a good 10 min waiting for someone to take me. In that time the male stylist took another man who arrived after me and a woman took someone else who also arrived after me. And another two people arrived after them. I was the only person who was asked to leave and come back later or the next day despite being there first. They did not ask any of the customers whether or not they made an appointment. These people are rude.. I will never go back.
