Where do I even begin.... The only reason this post gets a 1 star is because I have been seeing Brittany a master stylist since I was 17 and I love her. Other than that this salon doesn't even deserve a 1 star. I went in to have my hair and make up done for my bridal shower. My hair done by Britt was beautiful as always. She secured my flower crown in for me and I was ready to go. She took me over to the makeup counter where I was to be seen by someone named Vanessa... this is where it took a turn for the worst. She (Vanessa) started applying my make up which was from brand's such a Nyx and other drugstore brands. She also excused herself halfway through to grab something and after she applied the product to my face told me that it was her personal product out of her purse. GROSS. The finished result was good, not great I've had better done at Mac but I was ok with it. Tipped the girls 20 bucks and was on my way as I was running late. Not even 30 minutes later my face started to itch and burn. I made it work for 5 hours until my shower was over and immediately went home to wash my face. What was under my make up was awful. Red itchy bumps that hurt to touch. I cleansed, moisturized and went to bed. The next day it was worse. So bad I couldn't put make up on and was embarrassed to go to our family brunch. I kept moisturizing my face hoping it would help. Monday morning I got up to it being just as bad as the day before. I had to call in sick to work I was so embarrassed of my skin. The owners chalked it up to a bad reaction that could happen to anyone and that I should maintain my regular cleansing routine and that all products used were Aveeda. AWFUL and not true. I went to the walk in and got a referral to a dermatologist. I will never return to this establishment again. Not worth the overpriced services. Save your skin and go somewhere like Mac where they actually care about you.

Best facials ever. I drive from Toronto to go here for a facial cause they offer hand and foot massage as well which I haven’t experienced anywhere else. If you sign up for emails too you can also get their monthly deals which are usually pretty good.

Excellent service, amazingly friendly staff. Love the products the use and sell. Very clean. They provided free and scalp massage for free. This is a great spa and salon..

Brooklin location is much better, this location always crowded and rushed and they always rough-dry my hair then flat-iron curl it instead of using a round brush. not worth the money
