The service I got last time was good. But the staff should think of keeping the wait time updated on the app accurately. When the app shows 0 min wait time and a customer walks in, he/she is not expecting 03-04 clients already waiting upon arrival at the salon.

Worst customer experience and complete lack of courtesy. I walked in at 7.35pm for a haircut and the person, tall and fair looking mentions that he can’t take any more haircuts for the day as they have to clean up. Then why are they open til 8pm? They should mention the closing time as 7.30pm!

Its really disappointing that they dam care about the look, she did even check the sides how deep she is trimming randomly trimming with out even checking. Tomorrow I have a meeting with office clients and she just ruined the hair cut one side she trimmed deep and other side its normal. Will never visit this storennPlease for the people who are checking the reviews don’t get your hair cut from the lady with braids
