SAM IS A MIRACLE WORKER! ANYONE WITH CURLY HAIR NEEDS TO GO SEE HIM! I haven't had my hair cut in 7 years because I couldn't find anyone I trusted, so this review really is well earned! Sam put me at ease right from the get go. He asked me about my hair and what I wanted (and actually listened - proved to me there is a such thing as lower-maintenance curly hair that can still look fabulous!). The wash with scalp massage was divine :) When it came time to cut he made sure I was aware of all my options. He explained everything as he worked and made sure I was okay with the length of cuts he was making and layer style choices, and showed me step-by-step how to apply product so as not to weigh down my hair. Even the gentleman who walked in and was waiting for his own cut was impressed by Sam's service to me (I heard him saying so as I left). Absolutely incredible!

Sam knows his business well. I have never been disappointed when leaving. Very good and friendly service. Needs very little direction to get the job done well. If I want good results, I go to Red Line to see Sam.
