The manager was very rude. My daughter wanted a colour service and the stylist listened very well but the manager kept interfering with the stylist. The colour was totally too dark because the manager pushed the stylist to complete as she needed the chair empty in one hour for the next customer. My daughter was very upset and I was told no refund was available. I would have to pay for a full bleach and full re colour come back in two days. My daughter refused to go back and we went to real salon. Horrible customer service for a displeased customer.
