The GYM Eternal

Very amazing place. Most welcoming Gym and amazing things to work out with. Just a week in to it and you already feel so much of passion to get into a good and healthy lifestyle. Owner and the staff are always helpful.

Pretty decent gym. 95% of staff are nice, Reasonably priced. It's not huge but it has what I need.

A great place to start if you are overweight/obese. There are big cardio machines that are newer and have 350+lb weight limits. There is a variety of people working out- young and old, big and small, male and female- which makes it less intimidating. Watch for membership specials that can save you some if you are on a tight budget. Staff is knowledgeable, owner is present often and clearly invests in the quality of the facility. Rooms are bright and well lit. Cross fit equipment available for those who are able to create their own crossfit programs. Large, clean locker room (female, I have not seen the male side) with plenty of lockers. Shower stall and large counter/mirror area for doing hair etc. post workout. Only drawback is the weekend hours, not very accommodating for people who work outside of a typical 9-5 job. The Gym carries a decent supplement line if you require a one stop shop, however, the products are slightly overpriced and comparable products can be found online for cheaper. I cannot compare tanning or drop in classes as I have not invested in those experiences yet. All around, well done and keep up the good work.
