I love this gym! I joined this gym a couple of months ago, after being unhappy at my last gym. There’s tons of equipment and several different areas to workout in. The facility is always clean and tidy and the staff is friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.
Wonderful gym, fantastic value, and friendly staff! The equipment is well-maintained, everything is sanitized and tidy, there's lots of space, and the extra perks such as the hydro massage, massage chair, tanning, squash court, oxygen bar, and supplements are all a huge bonus! Perfect location as well.
Gyms membership in Penticton can be very expensive. And even though, this is probably the most affordable gym in Penticton. I wouldn’t recommend this gym to my friends or family, simply because the timings here are very inconvenient. Needs more flexibility-especially during weekend mornings.
Wanted to play squash. $14.50 each drop in charge plus cost of renting the court, expensive three quarters of an hour. Won't be back.
Was a little hesitant to give this gym a try because of the recent negative review below, but I just went in for a trial and was not disappointed! The owner was helpful and the facility is clean, spacious, and has everything I need. Prices are fair and I’m looking forward to coming here regularly and trying out their Olympic lifting classes.
I was visiting Penticton and needed a workout. This is such a nice gym and has a whole bunch of equipment for all kinds of workouts. Marin, at the front desk, was awesome, friendly, and showed me where everything was. I'd definitely recommend this gym.
A little crowded at times but with reason! It's such a good gym. So many options for equipment and such kind staff. Love this gym. I very much recommend it

I have been a member for about 2 years and recently had my 1st squash match since I joined. The courts are very true, well maintained and incredibly clean along with the rest of the club. I know it has been tough on the fitness industry these past 2 years. This is one of the cleanest and best run non-private clubs I have ever experienced. Keep up the great work you guys!
The best gym in Penticton, everything here and more, incl their hydrotherapy beds and yoga classes - so good!
