While visiting Penticton we took a drop in class with Silvia. Beautiful and clean studio with excellent equipment. Silvia is knowledgeable, friendly, and lots of fun.....a great experience!

Silvia Desmond is, without a doubt, one of the most knowledgeable, competent and caring instructors I've worked with! Her studio is spotless, the atmosphere is warm and inviting and the classes are great! Lots of class options to choose from and I feel in excellent hands challenging my body with Silvia leading the way. I'm feeling so much stronger in my core and much more aware of my posture! I love Pilates and I am hooked on Crazi Spingz!

Classical Pilates has changed everything about the way I view exercise. I've spent the last year at CraziSpringz getting stronger and more fit than I've ever been - and it's all thanks to Silvia. Silvia's classes are fun and challenging. She is very in tune with her clients and their abilities and knows when to push us to the next level and when to adapt to ensure everyone achieves success. It's like having a personal trainer each time you work out. Silvia is an energetic and passionate force. CraziSpringz is the place to be if you want to totally transform your body and have a lot of fun doing it.

Silvia is an amazing instructor: fun, helpful, knowledgeable and her classes are addictive. I've been going here for 6 months now and I've noticed a huge improvement in other activities as well (yoga, biking, hiking, gym.) - the benefits are far reaching and the classes are so much fun.

Crazi Springz is a wonderful Classical Pilates studio located centrally in Penticton. Sylvia is an exceptional teacher who leads the classes with enthusiasm and compassion. She is very knowledgeable and shares her passion for pilates with her students. The class sizes are small and intimate and the atmosphere fun and relaxed. A local, this studio is a big part of my life; when away, I deeply miss the benefits of the classes and the camaraderie and fun that I always experience there.
