The Grand Willow Inn

The Grand Willow Inn was everything I ever dreamed of and more! If you want a smooth and easy planning process as a bride. This is your venue! 1. Catering was amazing! We also had our rehearsal dinner at La Conner Seafood and Prime rib and both meals were outstanding. Not to mention, linens, plates, bartenders etc are all included. 2. The decorations they provide are incredible. There is no need to buy all the little things you won’t use again because they have it all. 3. The venue is gorgeous on it own! With outdoor and indoor ceremony options, courtyard for guest to be outside during the reception but still close by, along with great bridal and groom suites. 4. Grace, the day of coordinator made us feel SO taken care of. We always knew the plan and during the reception she made sure we had plenty of food, drinks and dessert. Kari answered every single question we had along the way. These ladies truly know how to run a wedding and how to make the bride and groom feel so comfortable. The #1 compliment of our wedding was how smoothly it was run and this is all thanks to The Grand Willow Inn.

This venue was incredible! Kari and her team took great care of us from the initial planning sessions all to the day of coordinating. They did the decorating and catering in house, and all we had to was show up and have a great time. The bridal suite was well stocked and she even provided us with multiple steamers. The groomsmen room was well appointment for them as well, with a large tv that we watched the mariners beat the blue jays before the reception. The food was brilliant and we received a number of compliments from our guests. This venue is also connected with Airbnb rooms available for booking, which was the icing on the cake. Beautiful venue with great catering but when we went for a wedding, the "wedding planner,/DOC" definitely had an attitude and was not very helpful at all. She leaned against the wall most of the evening with a very unhappy face. This venue has wonderful potential but I would recommend meeting their planner ahead of time.

The Grand Willow was the perfect WA venue to get married; it is made for the unpredictable weather of Western Washington. We were able to plan our wedding without having to worry about the ever-changing moods of mother nature due to the beautiful grounds and the stunning main room and staircase. The all-inclusive packages included decorations, silverware, tables, a day of coordinator and clean up to name just a few of the perks. Additionally, since they work exclusively with La Connor Seafood and Prime Rib Catering, we had an amazing spread with no effort and absolutely outstanding! Just ask our friends and family!!! For us, it was a gift to have Kari and her team handle all the details while we enjoyed the day with our families and friends. I didn’t have to worry about anything, right down to our plates being made for us so we could eat right after our grand entrance. I cannot say enough good things about Kari, her venue, or her people. They worked seamlessly with our vendors, and made our day the very best day it could be. I would work with Kari over and over again. It was an amazing experience.

I heard over and over again....how are you holding up? As the mother of the bride, I heard countless stories about how everyone "just can't wait till it's over"! I can honestly say that my experience was amazing and I owe it all to Connie and her staff. I was able to let them do what they do best and the event was flawless. The decor, food, DJ, flowers and venue was everything I had hoped for and more. I did not have to worry about the countless details because it was all coordinated for me. It is a real value when you consider all that is included. You can not put a price on the piece of mind that comes with the knowledge that it will all be taken care of. I was able to relax as a guest and enjoy one of my happiest moments watching my daughter marry. I could go on and on about every detail, but it would be pages long. In short, the venue is a photographer's dream, the food is of the highest quality and the owner and staff are dedicated to making you and your guest experience an event of a lifetime. Choose this venue....you won't go wrong!!!

Great food- very beautiful at Christmas time.

We had our Christmas party this year at The Grand Wilow. It was amazing to say the least. From the venue to the service we could not have asked for more!!! Brittany was the highlight of our experience, talk about an asset to any business! She went above and beyond for all of us! Thank you for being such great hosts and providing such an amazing venue!!!!!

This place is absolutely gorgeous. My husband and I looked at 9 different venues and honestly thought about skipping this one as it was our last and we had seen 7 very disappointing venues at that point. However we kept the appointment and as soon as I saw the place I knew this would be the place to get married. Unfortunately we had to cancel our big wedding we went to the court house like we originally planned and honestly the only only disappointing thing about it was not getting to use this lovely place.
