As far as Holiday Inn Express hotels go, this is pretty standard although it seems to be a little on the older end as you could see tile and grout coming off in the bathroom.  They are doing a remodel but I don't know what that means for the rooms. The staff was friendly and the place was clean.  The breakfast was good as I love their cinnamon rolls.  The hot tub was a bit foamy and needed to be cleaned as the interior was a bit grimy but I'm not sure if you can expect perfection after a weekend abused by kids.  All and all it was a good stay.

The location is nice because it's just down the road from McDonald's, the rooms are decent, and the service from the staff is enjoyable.
