We have an excellent audio electronics technician who provides service primarily for equipment we have sold, but sometimes has available time to repair other brands as well."

I purchased my first audiophile quality turntable from Gramophone today and it was an extremely enjoyable sales experience I  found the staff extremely helpful courteous and humble in their sales approach, no high pressure or upselling and lots of time at my leisure to browse their extensive vinyl collection. They were all sincerely interested in my audio requirements and a "shout out" to  Vincent who possessed  extreme product technical knowledge and patience  with the myriad of questions I posed about high end turntables.  I left feeling very confident about my purchase and looking forward to returning for an amplifier soon.

Extensive knowledge about all audio gear,,,and here's the cool thing--you can trust them. They're generous with their advice, but they're low key and won't steer you towards something just to make a sale.  Lots CDs and vinyl, too. And they know their music, as well.

Vince helped me get a record I was searching for and gave me some awesome advice about searching for a great record player. Highly knowledgeable and friendly. Very lovely folks and would highly recommend checking them out! 10/10

Incredible place to shop, Vincent Parnell store manager is insanely knowledgable. Where I was prepared to go in a rabbit hole of money and gear, he plain and simply told it to me how it is. He managed to dissect exactly what sound I was looking for and the budget I have to operate in and literally by replacing 1 cartridge recommended by Vincent, my entire system transformed into a sound only listening to it can describe it.  the kicker is, it was the cheapest model of the brand and series I am  left feeling baffeled that ive bought way more expensive cartridges that didnt even sound half as good.  It really does matter to go to the experts!  Thanks again Vincen!

I’ve shopped here for over a decade, infrequently.  Every time I come in, I get excellent service, fantastic suggestions, and am never pushed to buy something more expensive than I came in for.  High quality products from a high quality team.

The team here is excellent should be your first visit whether you're looking for Hi-Fi equipment or just looking for headphones. The team here are experts and reasonable at working with your budget.

Excellent hi-fi shop with plenty of options for different budgets. Friendly and highly knowledgeable staff who will work with you to narrow down your search and make sure you leave with a product suiting your needs and wants without upselling you.  I have personally bought the Audeze LCD-2C's, a Questyle M12, and a pair of Campfire Audio Ara's from this store.

Searching for new highend headphones may sound like an easy task but try calling Audeze's dealers across Canada -- you'll find that all dealers are not built the same, and their attitude towards customer service has you scratching your head. The Gramophone is next level in every way. Their attention to detail and commitment to my solution has me writing this recommendation.  5-stars/AAA+. Bravo to the fine folks at this establishment and how lucky are the people in Edmonton who are able to take advantage in person. Oh did I forget to mention that all my interactions with this company has been on the phone. Truly outstanding service!!!
