The Gould Hotel

This historical hotel has been recently renovated and it is absolutely beautiful inside. The beds are so comfortable and the room layouts are well planned. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Rooms were spotless. On site hotel and lounge were great. Perfect location to return after circling the Finger lakes.

My family took me there for mother's day brunch. It was very nice, Tabitha was very sweet and my 5 year old took to her quickly. Our waiter Earl was also very good, we never had to ask for anything, he was right there to bring drinks and clear our plates. Would definitely go back again!!

This hotel was a lucky find. Right in the heart of Seneca Falls this century old hotel is in walking distance from all the local historical attractions. We stayed in a Queen Suite. For being so affordable there is no skimping out on luxury. High ceilings, hardwood floors with well placed rugs, classic yet modern tiling in the washroom, tastefully decorated, and nearly floor to ceiling length windows that overlook the downtown area or Women’s historic park (depending on what side you stay on). This is easily the best for value hotel I have ever stayed in. The restaurant on the first level was excellent. I ordered the Chicken French and my partner ordered the Pulled Chicken Sandwich. Both were great. Hand cut French fries were tasty. My chicken was perfectly cooked and lightly breaded. I even appreciated the homemade cornbread croutons in the salad. Even if you aren’t staying in the hotel I can definitely recommend the restaurant. We don’t make it to New York very often, but next time we head this way we will definitely be staying again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was just here for the food, and it was absolutely amazing. The lobster bisque blew me away with all the flavours. the whole time I was eating at this establishment, I kept thinking to myself, "I wonder if this could get any better." and to my surprise, it did! The steak at this place is one of the best I've ever had in my life. I honestly mistook this restaurant for some old country joint. I am really glad I came here. The man that comes around (sorry, I don't know his name) plays his guitar beautifully and the restaurant gets a really nice mood from it. To wrap it up, I really recommend you eat here if you just want a nice meal for the weekend...

I don’t know if we came in on an off night or what. But the service was very slow, the food wasn’t very good as others have boasted. This was my first time going there, and had brought 5 guests. Quite a few customers left due to the long wait, our food took a very long time. The presentation was very nice, the taste was not. The endless pasta was very bland and flavorless and expensive (11.99 a plate) The atmosphere was very pretty, but the floor is just so unorganized. The servers were running around doing their best to get things done, but help is needed. I’m sorry but I just can’t recommend going at this given time.
