McDonald's

I am so easy going that it pains me to give a low ranking, but this place consistently earns it. There are always angry customers when I go and although I haven't have a ton of issues, I have had some. I go here in a pinch and that's it. Even tonight, the food wasn't fresh.. the fish filet bun was rock hard.. and i could see dissatisfied customers through the drive thru window.

Waterloo McDonald's, where the employees are immature and the management is irresponsible. I have now been harassed by two separate employees, unprovoked mind you, on two separate occasions at this "business." If you could even overestimate and call it that. Not only that, but after both instances, when attempting to speak with management, have been blown off by the individuals who are supposed to be "managing" said employees. I go here maybe twice a month since my fiancé is for some reason in love with their piles of carbs and calories piled into boxes. I do not personally know any of the employee's, which further proves that these people will treat anyone and everyone however they want without any form of repercussions. Sorry you chose to work in fast food and don't think that you get enough for the work that you do, but I was once an employee at a McDonald's and I can guarantee you I never treated a customer so badly that they left the "restaurant" mid-panic attack. Assholes.

This particular franchise was below average in cleanliness, i.e., dining area, counter area, and restroom. At best, service was lukewarm, and the workforce just seemed unenthusiastic and even demoralized. I regret not turning around and finding another place for food. Depressing. For many other McDonald's franchises who make it work, thank you!

Drive thru is always slow this time in particular 25 min. They told me I was waiting for fresh fries but the fries are cold. Watched 3 employees through the window spin around and literally accomplish nothing for about 5 minutes. They are very confused.

Worst service ever. We ordered drinks only, and had to wait 10 minutes for them to give us cups we had to fill ourselves. Won't be going back.
