The Foam Shop Langley

We stop by today to get replaced foam in our sofa cushions. The ladies were so nice and knowledgeable very good customer service help us to choose a the best foam give us advice on the products and we left with new cushions plus they help us with the fitting foam to our truck bed. Thank you for the super quick service we are highly recommending Langley location for all your foam needs

Ordered a custom foam for our window and absolutely happy with the end product. I commend the staff and management for handling the mistake initially done on my order. 1 wrong fitting ... there’s a cut out that was done on my order 2 wrong fabric ... the fabric was not the one I choose when I came in I like the fact that staff agreed with the error on their part and not at all defensive. They all worked together to get my order redone and finished as soon as possible.

Called ahead of time to make sure they had what I needed. Was told a price and drove an hour to get there. Of corse they didnt have the right measurement ...... was told if I took it in two pieces I could get a 5% discount oh yay good choice . Two pieces or a 5$ discount. Cost me $20 in gas to get there for nothing! What a waste of time going here. Dont go to this location. They are lazy and cant be bothered to make sure they have the right size in stock. If you really need to go here call and make them go into the back and measure the material to ensure you dont waste your time. GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION!

This isn’t a fair review of the product tbh. It’s definitely lack of online CS, if they responded I might buy their product. I emailed using the email link on their website, I know another company emailed them as well because together we’re trying to find a solution to my couch problem. Neither one of us heard back, despite using the “Contact us form” on their site. It’s ’s not a good thing to not acknowledge messages from potential customers. But who knows, maybe the email link is broken. At any rate, it’s time to move on.

This place has the BEST service! I needed foam to recover 6 chairs and had no idea what I was doing. They were sooooo helpful and cut the foam using the form I had. The price was really great too. And..the leftover bits get recycled rather than ending up in a landfill. This place is the absolute best and I highly recommend them!

Great service at The Foam Shop in Langley! I ordered two custom sized RV mattresses with covers expecting a wait of at least two weeks. I had the mattresses in three days, and they look great. Sara is knowledgeable and efficient. Thanks, Foam Shop!

I just went to to buy some foam to recover a couple chairs. Instant service! Helped me pick out what I needed for the job and cut it to size while i waited. Excellent service and I highly recommend them! Price was great too!

I decided to try to replace one of my couch cushions as a DIY project. I didn't know where to start. A quick google search brought me here, and I couldn't have picked a better spot! The girl at the counter was super friendly and knowledgeable . I explained what I was trying to do, and she provided the right materials at the proper size. The experience was quick, painless and cheaper than getting a custom replacement. I would definitely return!
