Neat and clean place for stationary, office furniture and electronics shopping. Easy access to printers and scanning devices. Place was well maintained and there was proper designated parking for staples customers. Staff was helpful. I am deducting 1 star because of bad condition of washrooms. Same was not clean otherwise everything was great.
Ample parking with handicap parking. One shot store for office products. You can buy from paper to printer here. Office furniture, storage cabinets, computer desk, file storage cabinets, laptops, printers mostly you can see the full office set up products in one stop instead of going to different stores.
I have worked with Staples a lot through print & marketing when I worked for a real estate agency and helped a number of realtors create/improve their branding, advertising, and other effective tools that Staples offers. I also come here for the office supplies and stationary accessories I can never have enough of! It's been great seeing them improve and invest in more marketing/print opportunities and they are always my go-to for when I'm feeling creative!
I was trying to get multiple sheets on 24x36 printed. Online I was being charged $347 and it would take 2 days to complete. I walked into the Langley location and an employee named Paras brought the price down to $30 and printed it within 30 minutes. His service was much appreciated.
They show in stock when you are ordering online and send you an email saying you can come pick it up. And when you go there, they tell you they are not able to locate the order item in their own warehouse so you will be reimbursed for the order. What about the time I wasted? Please don’t accept orders if you are not gonna fulfill them and also your staff could improve customer service if they drop the attitude.
Far too long wait times whether in person at counter or phone. No one answers phone at print dept. perhaps hire more staff if this is so chronic Order didn’t get submitted to vendor until the day after it was placed. One stat holiday is being used as an excuse for a delay; 2 weeks for a stamp. After multiple calls finally spoke with a manager who put me on hold and passed the call back to a sales associate. Tacky. Would recommend going to a different company if you want to self inking stamps made for your business.
The print shop provides horrible service. Paid for same day service. The order was not ready until the following day. Placed a new order shortly thereafter. Received the message that the order was ready for pick-up. Picked up my order and took it home. Open my order only to see that it was the order from 2 months ago! By this time I didn't have my vehicle to go back to Staples. I had to call a family member to go to staples on my behalf and clear up their error.
So I walk in buy a phone then after I pay I ask the sales clerk to help me insert my Sim card, the manager interjects saying that's not the clerks responsibility , fine I open the phone realizing there is no charger included, so I ask the clerk to help me find one, the manager interjects again pointing towards where the chargers are sold?! What a rude disrespectful person! If u go to staple please don't buy phone , copies is all they are good for
My experience at this location exceeded my expectations. Gulraj wass magnificent, super knowledgable and even related examples to his own experience. I sincerely appreciated that. Alexander, services manager, spent more time with me then I could’ve asked for, and he did it with grace and professionalism. Although there is a location much closer to my address I will continue to drive out of my way to experience this level of customer as service
Very poor management and service. I had ordered a product online and was later called and informed they don't have it, but another location did. I requested an in store transfer to this locationas they advertise they do and was declined due to it being a Clearance item.....Very poor customer service !!! and again poor management. Won't be supporting Staples with my professional or personal business spending moving forward.
