Jag's Furniture & Mattress

My husband and i went to this store to shop for a sofa and love seat for our main living room. They have a good selection to choose from. After shopping around 3 different stores, we decided that jag furniture has the most competitive and stylish design. We decided to get a made to order set. It took 3 weeks for delivery of the item. Overall, we are happy with the service and the price. Jag is a great place to shop for contemporary furniture. We highly recommend this place.

Great experience overall!!! Friendly staff and I was greeted promptly, not "pressure saled" and directed to EXACTLY what my wife and I were looking for! Evan was VERY helpful and professional. We got great service and a decent price on our couch. We were able to pick it up very fast in the warehouse. We will DEFINITELY be going back for future purchases!!

Purchased a reclining sofa from Jag's Langley. Ken helped us and was very good at answering our questions. Ordered the sofa after striking a good deal. The two guys that delivered the sofa were very professional and clearly knew what they were doing. Sofa is very comfortable!

Bought our couch there last month and the rep was great he was there to help us with any questions we had but didn't stand over us he would let us roam around and pop in and out which was very nice!! We bought a couch that was unavailable it had a 4 week shipping time which was very accurate as it showed up in the 4th week. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is our delivery was scheduled the day after the snowfall we had so they called and cancelled our delivery which meant we had to wait another few days and take time off work.

I bought a kitchen table (glass top) with 4 chairs from Jag's. We really love this table and it looks perfect in our remodeled kitchen. Overall, it was good customer service from Jag's. The sales person gave us an honest upfront price including delivery and installation. And their delivery and installation person was quite professional (which is very unusual these days). Overall quite good.
