I got locked out of my bedroom in my apartment last Saturday, I contacted my landlord/building manager and they informed me that the earliest they would be able to help out was two days after. I called Flying Locksmith and within a couple hours were at my front door. They were able to get me into the room within a couple minutes and gave a quick consult on the other interior doors, helped identify risks, and think about alternative door knobs to prevent future occurrences. I'd highly recommend this group for their professional services. So much better sleeping on my own bed rather than the couch!

I was locked out of the house and desperately needed to get some important documents from the house and get them Fedexed to Seattle by the 7pm cut -off. I called the Flying Locksmiths and they flew to my rescue! Richard was timely and efficient. He was able to break into 2 locks and replace one of them in the space of an hour. Including the service fee, the cost for this emergency rescue operation was so very reasonable. I was able to retrieve my documents and get to FedEx 15 minutes before they closed! Thank you, Flying Locksmiths! You saved the day! 👌

I was so impressed by the professionalism shown by Paul and his dedication to fix my lock. My condo is a historical building and the lock parts are hard to find. Paul visited my place twice and he had traveled to several old lock stores as far as Skokie, simply trying to match a set screw. Flying Lock was also very professional and prompt in communicating with me on their schedule, and sent me reminders before their associates showed up. They are simply the best service company that I have ever used in the United States.

Great service that provided best solutions for the various conditions. Installation was scheduled promptly, and performed efficiently to a quality end product. I am very happy with the results.

I locked myself out of my car while stopping for lunch on my way to work. I needed to get in quickly and Rick showed up within 5 minutes (he happened to be close by which was very convenient for me!) and got my keys for me very quickly with no trouble at all. On top of that he was a very friendly guy and pleasant to interact with.
