Poor Customer Service!! I called to schedule someone to come out to re-key a few door knobs and deadbolts, the conversation was a horrible experience! He was rude to the point it became difficult to control my temperament and angry--I am glad the conversation was not in person. The guy was clearly afraid of coming to the Hyde Park/Woodlawn area (mind you, they have a store in the Hyde Park Community already). He googled the building and claimed due to the age of the building it would take 4 to 5 hours to make new keys (which it does not!!!) and that he did not want to lose day light. The building was renovated in 2014... the audacity of people!!

I am giving this locksmith five out of five stars for the quality of their service. I will definitely return and give them my recommendation.

Horrible customer service. Does not follow up, makes promises that cannot be fulfilled, changes price on you.

High prices. Staff have to learn to keep their political opinions to themselves..
