Quick Key Locksmith Chicago

I can't even begin to say enough great things about Quick Key Locksmith. First of all, they are really good communicators. I was able to schedule my appointment through chat box late one night, and then when I found out my closing changed dates, I was able to email them and they were able to change my appointment. Then crazy enough, my closing changed again, and they were able to accommodate me for a same day appointment between 8 PM and 10 PM. About an hour before my appointment window, somebody called to confirm and to let me know that Jay the locksmith was working on another job, but then he would be meeting me at my location. Jay ended up being 45 minutes early, and we got started right away. He worked very efficiently, and he was able to talk me through the different types of locks and what I couldn't do with regards to how I keyed them. He also is able to answer all of the questions that I had while he was working, which is very important to me as a first-time homeowner. Jay was friendly, patient, and very hardworking. I'm so glad I found this locksmith company!

Wow! What a great service Quick Key has. They were great!! Their service tech was outstanding!!! He was very proffessional and efficient with getting my 2 new keys programmed. Took less than 20 minutes for the whole process. In comparison to what the dealership wanted to charge, the prices at Quick Key were substantially lower. Thanks Quick Key for a great experience. I have your number saved.

Very quick, professional well done job. On time and very detailed in walking us through step by step in the new system. Made sure everything worked properly. Kyle did a great job on the install. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. It was evident that this team knew exactly what they were doing.

The guy showed up within the hour as I was told he would. Showed up at 7 PM when a lot of local locksmiths are closed. Mike was professional, courteous, and did a solid job in a very short amount of time. Mike also game me some great recommendations on upgrades to my below grade locks. 5 stars from me...

I had a positive experience with this company. I locked out my phone as well as my keys, but they were able to help me through an internet chat window (which is not offered by most of the sites I looked through). They were very responsive, and had a technician out within the hour. He was friendly and helpful, and he got me back in my house quickly. Thanks.
