We really appreciate the work performed by Non-stop Locksmith. The technician Gerardo was great and extremely detailed even in the harsh outside weather conditions. He answered all of our questions and made sure every lock and door operated properly before leaving the premises. Great Job! We'll definitely be using them again for any other projects in the future.

I went in today to make copies of the office key for the staff and made it just at 5:00pm, when they had just closed, instead of the employee just saying sorry we are closed he graciously greeted me and said welcome with a big smile and asked how may I assist you today? What a relief! He let me in and was nice & didn’t rush me off as most businesses would. He made me my copies and made conversation. Super polite & very reasonably priced, especially for being in the West Loop! I know it’s a locksmith and to some people what’s cool about that but honestly I appreciate the great customer service & help I received! Especially when getting copies of keys is never fun! 5 stars for Eli & his team! Super clean shop too unlike other places. If you’re in the neighborhood I definitely recommend them.

I have used nonstop locksmiths before and will continue working with them. Josh and Ariel did a great job of replacing 2 deadbolts and doorknobs. They re-keyed on site. They took time to answer all my questions, cleaned up the job site, tested all locks and keys to make sure everything was correct. 10/10 would recommend and use again!

Great service! Noel came out to fix several locks after we had a fire department evacuation. Quick, friendly and reasonably priced. Great quality! They will definitely be the on call locksmith for our condo association!

Had Noel come to our house to rekey a new back door to match our current doors. First came in said the lock was not compatible. He then worked with us to replace the current lock with a lock I had used previous. Was very gracious and a pleasure to work with. I have used Non Stop Locksmith multiple time and I highly recommend them.
