The Faris Team

The whole team was wonderful. They were friendly and helpful and so easy to work with. The marketing of our home was done so well and really helped it sell quickly. Our agent Kaleb Streeter did a great job. We felt comfortable with him right away and in a short time he became a friend and not just an agent. He helped us with what was a heart wrenching decision for us to sell our home and move and we are grateful for his compassion and support. He is our agent for life!

2018 update... We dealt again with Ania for the sale of our condo and as expected her and the team were top notch. The house sold in 7 days and Ania and everyone busted their buns for us as well as worked around my hectic schedule and hours. Awesome job as always, wouldnt dream of dealing with anyone else. In 2015 my wife and I had finally decided that it was time to stop renting and buy our first home. My father in law had dealt with Mark personally for the purchase and sale of his last house and he spoke very highly of Mark and his entire team. We knew exactly who to contact when we started seriously looking at taking the plunge. We dealt with Ania and from our first conversation we knew we had hit a home run. She was pleasant, attentive and was catering to our needs. As first time home buyers she was patient with us and was more than willing to explain things as we went along on how this all works. I'm away from home 15+ hours a day for work and Ania without hesitation was more than accommodating to my insane work schedule. She found us the perfect place for our lifestyle and needs and we couldn't be happier. The entire Faris Team has been such a positive experience from start to finish for us and without hesitation we'll be dealing with them again the second we are in the market to sell and buy again.

Working with the Faris team was amazing. John took the time to get to know us and he went above and beyond to understand what we wanted. He hands down is the reason we got our dream home. He was always prepared, he answered all of our questions immediately and also provided valuable advice. John is beyond excellent at what he does and we high recommend him for buying and/or selling a home!

This was our first experience with the Faris Team and it was enjoyable and outstanding . Sheila our agent was top notch she knows her stuff. She was professional , courteous and worked hard for us. She made us feel we were important and not just another sale...All the services The Faris Team offers is out standing and way beyond our expectations...It made the sale and purchase of our houses go smoothly.We will be definitely using them again and will refer lots of people to them.
