Ashley was excellent and made buying my first condo easy. She helped me through everything and gave me great advice so that I could determine what I really needed and what was feasible. She encouraged me to look at what was out there even if I didn't think it was for me, so I could be sure when something came available that I wanted. She alerted me first thing on the day my condo went up for sale, before it was even posted online. With her help and direction, I made an offer and the deal was closed within about 10 hours. Ashley is lovely to work with, and very easy to talk to. As a first-time buyer, I was worried as I wasn't very knowledgeable but she helped me every step of the way. We've continued to chat since I've settled in as she is so nice and I can tell that she is genuinely excited for me. I've already recommended her to 3 or 4 different people and will continue to do so! If you're looking to buy a condo, picking Ashley is a no-brainer.
