I can't say enough about my experience buying a vacation home in Collingwood through the Barrie Home Source Team. Jeff Brucki reached out to us during a casual inquiry through MLS and he has been the most attentive and supportive person we've ever worked with. He made himself available to us at any time of day and promptly responded to our inquiries. He really listened to us and was always respectful, proactive, and thoughtful. He made sure visits were not too late because we always brought our young children. He gave us time and space to think things over. He even made sure we got back some small appliances that were part of the final agreement, even though we said it was fine, don't bother!
