We worked with Jennifer when buying our first home in Barrie. We were new to the area and she was able to give us lots of information and answer any questions we had about the different neighbourhoods. She quickly learned what we liked and disliked and helped us to find our first family home. We never felt any pressure from her in spite of the market changing significantly during our search. She knows the industry well which we found incredibly helpful during negotiations. As a Barrie local she also gave us referrals for a home inspector as well as a painter, both of whom were great! I would 100% work with her again and we will absolutely use her as our agent when we eventually move again.

Jenn has got to be by far the best realtor around. She was able to book showings in a timely and efficient manner, was able to work effectively with other realtors, was easy to get a hold of and most importantly she is extremely personable and kind. We were looking to upgrade from our bungalow to a larger home.   Jennifer was recommended to us by a friend.  She took the time to really understand and learn what we wanted to find in our new home and then was constantly out searching for us until she found our dream home! We had an amazing experience selling our home with Jennifer! My husband was relocated for work and we had only 3 weeks to get our house ready to sell...Jennifer was so wonderful with us and took control of our chaos immediately!  She helped us prioritize the important work that needed to be completed prior to listing so that we didn't waste any time or money on the little things that wouldn't improve the value of our home. She then came and staged our home beautifully for professional photos and a walk-through video. Her expertise in pricing and advertising, as well as her eye for staging and design made all the difference - We sold our home in only 4 days at FULL asking price!! In addition to all of the hard work she put into selling our home, I think the biggest impact she made was that she kept us sane and reassured through the entire process.
