"SIMPLY BLOWN AWAY!" 

As a person who hates to move and was a little worried about getting the right real estate agents to make the biggest financial decision of our family’s livelihood. We met The Curtis Goddard Team and quickly realized we had found the right stuff. Curtis and Ian's dedication, business acumen and solid professionalism reassured us that we had chosen the right agents to represent us. You can’t teach the passion that Curtis and Ian are endowed with. 

They treat you like family. Truly. Nothing less.

From the first call back after meeting them they had homes setup for us and communicated back to us what they had arranged. They have the best professional stagers, licensed home inspectors and latest technology for slick video and 360 degree Visual Walkthroughs. A personalized hardcover bound book with all the facts about our comparables, marketing info pertaining to our home and neighbourhood complete with a personalized marketing strategy was given to us a the first formal meeting. Totally removing any concerns I had in the sale of our home. In fact their energy is catching and I can’t wait to see what this season with our new home.

It was easy to see why they are one of the top selling teams in the area.
