Story

Located near Greenwood on Danforth Ave. East , The Dylan is a purveyor of American Craft Beers, Small Batch American Whisky, Rum & Brandy and Artisanal Cocktails.
The Dylan Bar will open in October 2015.

We are inspired by Dylan Thomas who some say inspired Bob Dylan (born Robert Zimmerman) for his stage name, the same man who according to Paul Mccartney inspired John Lennon to write and Mick Jagger to buy the rights to his 1939 collection, a Rock n Roll poet to the 1960's but to us we love him because of his legendary love of a good drink. The atmosphere of The Dylan is inspired by the classic drinking joints from a Mousehole to Manhattan that claimed him as a patron.

The vibe in the front room is classic bar with high tables and stools while in the back room we have our four season beer garden with picnic lights and picnic benches. We wanted to create a place on the Danforth where one can meet new friends and share special moments with family and good friends.

Our staff are happy to serve you with a smile, we will guide you through our unique selection of beers, whiskies, cocktails, and delicious bar food prepared by our chef.

We love music and will ensure your drinking and eating experience is accompanied great music.

Our food is a rotating international sampling of comfort food from Europe, North America and Latin America. Our menu this fall will feature classic Italian comfort foods like meat balls, arrosticini, and lasagna.
