The CrossRoads Bar & Grill

You know when you find that great place that has incredible service, excellent food at great prices. And the vibe is fantastic. It's what so many other restaurants wish they had? Well, it's at the Crossroads. We had the hand-cut fries with garlic aioli and the Mix-and-Match Sliders, the fried green tomatoes, fried chicken, and pulled pork. Talk about mouthwatering. We demolished all of this. But the bonus is the free shuttle service to and from the United Center. We got there early, so when it filled up at 6, we were ready to go on the first shuttle.

It is a good restaurant, the food is very good. but the service is a bit slow, they have to pay more attention to their service but everything is very good.

Great, big bar to watch sports in. Food is delicious, sausage Flatbread was spicy and flavorful. Shots are q bit silly looking, huge glasses with a thimble carved in to them but if you stick to beers it's great.

Good food and decent service. However they have a cockroach problem. My husband and I came in last on a Saturday morning/ early afternoon, chose our table and then all of a sudden there’s a cockroach crawling on the table. My husband killed it and let the server know. One of my favorite casual spots in the west loop. Delish food and good drinks for before a concert or sporting event at the UC. Nothing too fancy which is what I love - it’s definitely a lacking category in this area so Crossroads fills that gap perfectly!

Awesome bar! Really enjoy heading here with a group! Excited to try the food next time we’ve heard great things.

Food is good. Wait staff appears nice. This is my first time patronizing this place. It is nice to just sit and not be disturbed. But a nice, "how is everything", would have been cool. The cocktail I had I didn't taste any alcohol, so it was nice to get full flavor, and still get the nice buzz that was subtle. Maybe with the Covid issue it is harder to be more outgoing, but this is the time we really need it. Go for the food, it is good.

Great sidewalk seating. Very big place and server had a ton tables, so service was a little slow. Server was super nice and did a great job. Food: Roosted garlic and chicken Flatbread pizza was awesome. full of flavor and crispy crust. Grilled cheese with pulled pork was very filling and tasty.

Food was mad mediocre. Got the 3 slider combo and every burger was overcooked. Same with the regular burgers. Liked the cheese curds though. Nice atmosphere, but that's really it.Food: 2/5

This is an ok bar. They have a good selection of standard stuff but are more expensive than the bar across the street. Good luck trying to access their menu. The QR code doesn't work, even with a QR code reader. They never have any specials that draw me to the bar and are ALWAYS understaffed. I really hope they improve because I do like this bar.
