Nice cozy hub. Interior offers currently fashionable trends of modern industrial features mixed with nostalgic pieces and vintage photos of T.O. Food is tasty, portions are generous, sandwiches are enormous - weight descriptions in menu don't do justice to their actual size. Staff was nice, welcoming and non-invasive. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

Absolutely incredible family experience from food to service! Loved the place ! I was reading some reviews and couldn't believe people's comments. Just go and enjoy the place !

Ask for it lean or you will end up eating a mouthful of fat. Meat is good and well seasoned.

WRONG FOOD, HAIR, HORRIBLE MANAGER !!!! I was recently at this location and I have no say I had a very poor experience. Firstly, I want to say that we were the only people in there, so service should have been a 10/10. We had ordered a poutine, turkey sandwich and a BLT with fries. My poutine came out (which was fine) and around the time I was done my food my Moms then came out. After looking at it we realised it was not turkey… it was ham. We told the waitress who then told us “no its turkey” so we asked her to double check with the kitchen staff. He then came back to say that it was indeed turkey. It took my dad to take a bite for us to say “no it is ham” for them to come back and say that we were right. So they made my Mom a turkey Sandwich. Then my Dads came and after eating his fries he found a cooked in hair that was holding a few fries together. At this point we told them to take it back and that we were done eating. We had pre ordered a large ceaser salad, when we were walking out we realized they hadn’t given us the salad. My mom went back in and they hadn’t even started to make it. Then hands my Mom a small salad and she tells them its suppose to be a large so he dumps some extra lettuce in and puts it in a large container. The whole time we ate, up until we left, the young kitchen cook was playing with his hair. We mentioned it to the server that we could see him constantly touching his hair and that he should have a hair net on and she told us his hair isn’t even that long and she’s not sure how the hair got in our fries. My mom had asked for the manager to call her that evening to give them some constructive criticism because they were a new business and honesty that’s what has made me write this review today. He was so rude and wouldn’t expect our poor experience. He told my mom that they have been sold out of turkey (so we are unsure as to what she got), she said that the boy should be wearing a hair net to avoid this and he said he has asked him many times to. He told my mom that she was putting words in his mouth and that he serves the police so that he must be good cause its busy in there. He ”apologized” and said to my mom… “I’ve already apologized what more do you want my business”. I could go on forever on everything that he said. He thinks that giving us our 1 sandwich for free was great customer service. His attitude topped off this whole experience. I would never recommend this place to anyone. From service to food!
