Since our doors first opened in 1954, Canadian families have been coming back to Swiss Chalet generation after generation. Our rotisserie ovens only accept fresh (never frozen), grain-fed, Canadian Grade A chickens, because quality is all we know. So what will it be? A Quarter Chicken with fries?

Great experience. Sarah was outgoing and took great care of us! 10/10 service. Food was good and mashed potatoes were amazing! I definitely recommend coming to this location very clean and comfortable.
Picked up 2 quarter chicken mealsnThe amount of meat was actually pathetic, not sure what's going on,it was in two pieces maybe to make it look like more but both meals were smaller than the baked potato I think both quarters would equal the actual size of a quarter chicken!!nI didn't live so far away I would have taken it back! It actually looks bigger in the photo, NOT FAIR.
Had a lovely lunch yesterday. Ordered a quarter chicken dinner with sweet potato fries for a change, and they were delicious…had a nice dipping sauce. Our server, Sara, was so attentive and sweet. She checked in with us often, brought us refills on ice tea and water without us asking. She also brought us those finger cleaning bowls with water and lemon, even though most servers only provide them when ribs are ordered. Sweet little touches, yummy food, and our amazing server, Sara, turned our average Wednesday into something quite special. I think we’ll be returning more often.
I’m so disappointed with Swiss chalet at the Keswick location. I ordered chicken club wrap with fries and a quarter chicken with mashed potatoes and the portions blew my mind because of how little it was. Hardly any fries or mashed potatoes and too top it off I got chicken strips for my son which were only 4 in the box for 8.99 . In total I’ve spent $53.00 which isn’t worth it, it’s literally feels like robbery, I will never come to this place again considering the poor portions that were giving to me and the expensive cost.
Myself and my two daughters come on Mondays and we have been extremely happy with everything. Foods good and the service is amazing. We always get Natalie and we all love her and we all think she’s amazing. As my kids are always excited to see her when I tell them where we are going. She’s Always happy and helpful. Best waitress I’ve ever experienced anywhere. Can’t Thank Natalie enough.
