I gave this guy 4 tries because the sandwiches are quite tasty. In short they must think their food is made of Gold considering how small the plates are. Spoonful of potato salad- 15 fries- less than 5 OZ of meat on the sandwich- 2$ no name can pop- watery borscht. I'm not making this up, and the gave him 4 tries. Even my friend that I brought expressed how small the sandwich was. Deli isn't meant to be a small entitled "please sir may I have some more" type of meal. It's supposed to fill you up and be affordable. I believe all the 5-star reviews are friends and family, the owners are well known in the area.

Friendly staff and a down-to-earth atmosphere. I stop by here when really hungry and am never disappointed!

Superb Deli and I have done them all. Great portions and the quality is second to none. Old time feel to the place and what authentic real time smoked meat is all about.

Love love love. Food is always fresh. Service is amazing especially the lovely lady who is usually there. Makes you feel at home. Cabbage soup my favourite!!!

I ordered a corn beef on rye with fries. The sandwich came coleslaw, but I'm not a coleslaw fan, so i didn't eat it. The corn beef was luke warm. The flavor was ok. The meat was thin but semi fatty. I could have been leaner. Also, the meat could have been piled higher (maybe they have two sizes?) The fries where kind of chunky, which is fine; however they seemed over cooked. Given it was a late Wednesday afternoon around 4pm and the restaurant was completely empty, i might not have had food at its peak. I think I'll have to give this place another try. For now: Flavor 3 out of 5 Size of main dish: 3 out of 5 Overall size of meal 5 out of 5 ( it had a lot of fries and coleslaw to make you for the small sandwich) Service 4 out 5 - very friendly staff but no one came to ask how my meal was while eating. Atmosphere/interior: 2 out 5 it was clean but the look didn't scream deli.
