Went here for dinner with my family, and the food was amazing. Presentation of the dishes were made in detail and with precision. Staff was amazing, greeted us well and recommended us few dishes that we felt it was satisfying. The lobster sashimi was very fresh, I do wish the portion of that dish could be a little bit more. The steamed egg was fantastic, would definitely order the same dish again. The decor of the place was very elegant and inviting. Definitely a quiet and cozy place to celebrate an occasion!

presentation is pretty good on the dishes. they usually have dessert after combo meals. Dessert is always a variant of pudding. I usually have sushi dinner set, which is enough for me. They have biggee trays if you eat a lot!

Really efficient service. Lots of variety. Friendly staff. Would recommend for large groups. Good sake menu.

This was our first visit to Hibiki Japanese Cuisine. We got there right when they had opened for dinner service and the restaurant was already quite busy. We had individuals in our party with food allergies. We spoke with the server who was very knowledgeable of all food items and made great recommendations. The food was unbelievably fresh and tasty. From the salmon to the veggie sushi to the hot appetizers, all of it was wonderful. We appreciated that the servers did check in to see how the food was prepared for our party member who had the food allergies. Overall, great, wonderful Japanese food and great service.

Delicious grilled cod bento, but it was a really really tiny piece, all the components were yummy and came with a small raspberry pudding dessert. Baked mushrooms was good. Ramen with black garlic was alright, not good not awful. Service was great, servers were polite and discreet and efficient, despite language barrier. A little pricey for what it is though.
