The Corned Beef Factory Sandwich Shop

Simply put the corn beef is great here! All of the sandwich options were lovely and the homemade chips were to die for. We got it to go in by the time we got back to our house the food was still warm and ready to eat. The old-school traditional corn beef you dream of is exactly what they serve up here! We will be back sometime soon to indulge again. The staff was super friendly!

The Tom & Jerry is half cornbeef half pastrami, which was excellent. It tastes as good as some of the older more established delis. But at a bang for your buck!! Most of these delis charge extra for swiss cheese and chips. This is already included in the price!! And imo, the sandwich is a good size for 1/3 less costs and some places even more. Try it out, and service is quick and friendly!

Patrick was super friendly and helpful! We enjoyed our lunch with his presence. In addition, he noticed a customer forgot a sandwich and ran it out to her on the street. That kind of service isn't around much anymore. Amazing sandwiches AND chips and the service to go along with it. Keep it up, can't wait to come back!Food: 5/5

Simple menu - focus on what you do well. The Reuben was great. Good size, fast, and delicious. The kettle chips on the side were much better than I expected - fresh and delicious. I will be coming back regularly as I now work nearby. Only open for lunch right now, so time your visit well.Food: 5/5

Staff is very friendly. The corned beef is quality. The menu is straight forward so it’s easy to order. I do wish I could choose a diff bread since I’m not crazy about the traditional rye but I still enjoyed the sandwich nonetheless. Will be back soon!Recommended dishesCorned Beef Sandwich

Read some mixed reviews about this place,so we were skeptical. Both of us were very disappointed. We both got the Tom and Jerry and2 dogs with chips and a pickle. The best thing was the homeade chips and the pickle. The sandwich was very salty,the bread was kind of dry,had barely any mustard on it,and what was on it lacked flavor. The hot dogs, let's just say Gene's andJude's has nothing to worry about. I could have made a betterdogfrom home. My friend and I have been on a pastrami and corn beef mission over the last 3 months. We have been to well over 25 places, and nobody makes a tastier sandwich than AL and Joe's in Franklin Park. I drive an hour just to get there ,well worth the drive. The only downside, they don't have it everyday, call first. Manny's is a close 2nd.

March 21, 2023: Simple Menu OUTSTANDING TASTE!!! Cornedbeef is deeeelicious!!! $13 Cornedbeef Sandwich w/homemade chips & pickle, comes with 1 slice of Swiss cheese. Bread is thick. $14 Rueban w/homemade chips & pickle. Panini pressed! Approximately $30 for 2 Sandwiches w/tax... [2 amazing deals: BEEF Hot Dogs $5 or 2 for $7 and the Grilled cheese $5.] It's worth the trip!

It's kinda hard to really find a good corn beef sandwich either to much fat, not enough meat or favor, however the corn beef factory hit the trifecta... They have a great sandwich at a decent price flavor and a hearty sandwich you can't beat it. Please don't change a thing.Food: 5/5
