Papa John's Pizza

I use their website and mobile application to order. Both are very easy to navigate. Pizza is always ready on time.

Worst place to order. Although I like the taste of their pizza, I won't go there anymore. They are so incredibly rude to their customers. He shouted and hung up the phone on me. Their customers service is so poor and bad. I won't go there never ever.

This location is absolutely atrocious. Terrible customer service calls every time to say that the order either cannot be fulfilled or that there is a several hour delay due to not having a driver available. Makes up lies every time, on 5~6 separate occasions as to why, and when the pizza arrives it is terrible, any other location I have ordered from in the past is consistent and delicious except for this one that always tastes slightly of fish oil.

Worst experience ever. The manager is so incredibly rude - his store got my order wrong, and then proceeded to tell me it was my fault and shouted at me on the phone. **DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. not worth the hassle if anything goes wrong

A Chinese lady owns the business and she has friendly staffs. They have special offer every night. The down side is the owner can speak only Chinese so you can’t chit chat and gossip about neighbourhood activities while buying food! ( lol)
