Okanagan Valley-based, Blair Stevens and his wife Carla opened the first Chopped Leaf in 2009, revamping the concept of eating salads at a restaurant. Fresh, healthy and bursting with flavours, each salad is both unique and meant to promote and maintain and healthy lifestyle!
