Noodlebox

Haven't been to Noodlebox for a while so I thought I'd give it another chance. I'm the type of person that usually loves sauce on pasta and noodles but the noodles I ordered was drenched in sauce that it seemed like noodle soup with a very salty sauce. Added prawns with the order and I got 3 small shrimps (wouldn't call them prawns at all). Not coming back here again. Service was good but they need to work on their recipes.

I love Noodle Box, but this particular Noodle Box is consistently poor in quality and inconsistently spicy. Today, my green Thai curry is basically soup and the Tom Yum soup was by far the worst Tom Yum we have ever had. I brought it home and had my roomy who used to run a Noodle Box fix it. He even tells me to go to ANY other Noodle Box, never this one. The service, on the other hand, is always exceptional. Very friendly staff!

Quick, reasonably priced, clean, friendly staff, great food. The portions are also large. If you are hungry, love noodles, and want something fast but good quality - you cannot go wrong with the Noodle Box.

I have been going to various Noodle Boxes for years. (as my disability got slowly worse and worse, which doesn't matter for this story except my means of locomotion.)I just finished getting back home from picking up a Cambodian Jungle Curry box from this Noodle Box. It made a horrible mess on my power wheelchair, because by the time I got home it had lost half it's mass in liquid through the sides of the cardboard box (and the bag leaked). This is cambodian jungle SOUP, like others have said. Where is the rest of it? Hugely unhappy! EDIT: After I called into their store to complain, the manager was quick to offer me a discount on my next meal. Apparently the Cambodian Jungle Curry Box is much more liquid than other meals, but the box and the bag SHOULD have contained it. Good to know, but would have been better to know BEFORE they sold me the dish, and I would have picked something else entirely...

The evening staff are polite and efficient. My spicy peanut noodle box was jam packed up to the top and was nice and spicy! It was busy for 8pm on a Sunday but I got my food in about ten minutes of placing my order. Deducting 1 star because my noodles were slightly over. Good bang for your buck.
