I don’t even know where to begin, so here it is. I was in search for a vehicle for our family, and my anxiety was very high due to knowing my credit score was not very good. I filled out the application online for the vehicle I was interested in, having the thought that I was not going to be able to accomplish getting anything. Jeff from The Car Club, got back to me right away and was very pleasant to speak with. We spoke about needs and wants and went from there. We met in person, and it was a very comfortable environment. I cannot say enough or speak any more highly of this gentleman that helped our family in every possible way he could, working many hours and it is very much appreciated. THANK YOU SO MUCH, for answering all my questions honestly, and making that multi-hour’s process to help us find a vehicle, getting all the paperwork along with it being detailed, and certified. You made it not as painful as it otherwise could have been for me. I’m very pleased and happy with the services and recommended ANYONE to go to JEFF. In the end, I walked out of there full of smiles and confidence, knowing that I was taken care of my someone that truly cares about his customers and what they need and expect. Nothing is “hidden” or unexplained. SO , if you are looking for not only a good, reliable vehicle, but someone you can honestly trust, GO TO THE CAR CLUB- EAST AND ASK FOR JEFF!

Had a great experience with Alex. Alex worked with me to get a loan and he was able to get me the truck I wanted and he was able to have it come in under budget. Alex reached out after a week of owning the truck to see how my experience was going and that everything was working properly. Great service and would recommend Car Club to anyone who is looking or needing to rebuild their credit like myself.

We met a smart and empathetic sales person, Greg, who provided excellent navigation to find a car that we perfect for me son. Greg went the extra mile and was patient with all of our questions and we felt relaxed through the whole sales process. I bought a Nissan Rogue off of Greg in the east end. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and pleasant to deal with. What I loved the best was he was not pushy at all - a rarity in my experience when dealing with others when purchasing a car. Thanks Greg for all of your help!

Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had dealing with the car club. Sold me a car that should have never passed a safety in the first place. Have had the car reviewed by their mechanic who says they cannot diagnose the problem. Their mechanic is useless. Brought it to the dealership and they confirmed $3400 worth of work to be completed including wheel bearings and a center differential. They’ve had the car almost two weeks now and they just advised me they couldn’t replicate the problem so they fixed nothing. I’ve never been so appalled at the indifference by the entire staff throughout our difficulties with the car they sold us. I would not recommend to anyone to buy a car from them ever. Same old crooked used car dealership. If I could return the car I would.

Greg at The Car Club at 1221 Newmarket Street did an amazing job at finding me my new car. Not only did I think I would not qualify for any car but he made sure I got the best deal of a car. It’s funny because we have been going back & forth for a few months and I was very hesitant of making a decision so fast, but with his confidence and great communicating skills it all worked out. We went into The Car Club, not expecting to buy a car, but we looked around. Then a salesperson came to us. His name is Jeff Ouimet. He showed us a few cars that where very nice. Well long story short we picked a Nissan Rogue at the end. Jeff worked his butt off so we could get it. In the end we have our car. He his a hard worker. Thank you Jeff for all your hard work.

Greg and Jessie were both amazing! I walked in with horrible credit, thinking I'd get some tiny old car. As I walked in a spotted the "dream car" you know.. the one in the show room sitting there all shiny. You think to yourself.. If I could have anything in here that would be it... I was hesitant to even test drive it because I knew I'd fall in love and then wouldn't be able to have it. Greg was magic... Guess what's sitting in my driveway! Perfect car!! Reasonable payments.. I am a very happy customer!

I went in looking for a used car to suit my needs as a single mom. Greg was amazing at finding something affordable that I can use to commute my kids to school and sports. Amazing customer service. I will recommend to friends and family looking for someone trustworthy.
