Camp Hither Hills offers a range of camping options that are fun and affordable for the whole family. We are a full service campground and well-equipped to accommodate RVs of any size. All of the sites include a picnic table and fire pit. Campground hosts are local experts with lots of knowledge. Theu are 12 miles (18 km) directly south of Parliament Hill on Bank Street. If you need camping assistance – no problem – they are at your service to provide friendly and helpful advice. You’ll be glad you came!

An oasis just south of the city of Ottawa very close to the downtown core 15 or 20 minutes depending on traffic, making it easy to get to all amenities including Rideau Carleton race track, Rideau Canal, Hospitals, Shopping, Parliament Hill, Museums. Campground is Big Rig friendly and Stinson Propane/Diesel near by has easy access and lots of room to turn around. Only minutes to 2 RV dealerships, if you need repairs. We saw many improvements including a laundry room, new sites with pull through and back-in for the largest rigs and while we were there Ottawa Hydro installed new transformers for the new sites and the older part of the park. We will definitely stay here again.

The place is nice but needs improvements. The sites can fit big rigs. Internet didn't work. Play area is old.

Nice campground, but no water-a trickle only. Mosquitos galore! Spot was in the mud! WiFi didn't work. They didn't seem to want to rectify any situation.

First off, the Lady who owns and is in charge. " Terry " is very pleasant. The laundry facilities, shower and the washrooms are keep clean. Unlike others that I have seen.
