Coralee, as a recent customer I was honestly impressed and quick to recognize how much the staff applied themselves in their efforts too ensure customer satisfaction. I can say I was pleasantly surprised. Having owned my own business in the past, I know only too well how important it is to have a customer come away feeling as both my wife and I did. As I had told my employees. It is easy to bring a customer to you place of business. The trick is to have the customer want to come back. The way my wife and I were treated surely succeeded in both of us having that feeling. For that I thank you and your fellow members, that took the time and trouble that ensued our success in completing the purchase and feeling good in having had the high quality of service the employees at RV Canada provided. Went in seeking information about travel trailer servicing. Servicing is not done at this location; rather, servicing is done at their Stittsville location. Did look at their retail parts and accessories section which is well equipped. There appears to be a large inventory of travel trailer and RVs on site. Discussion with the Parts Manager was professional and helpful.

Buying the RV we didn’t have a problem. The after care service is terrible and I would never go through them again to buy anything. They are nice when they are going to take your money and that is about it!!!! They didn't prepare the camper and within 6 months we have had water damage inside the RV on a 2017. They are not thorough and have cost us thousands of dollars on a new RV!!!! There is no option to give them a 0 star rating!!!! Beware of RV Canada, don't buy from them!!!!! We will never give them any business going forward!!!! Save yourself a lot of heart ache and money, don't buy from RV Canada!!!!

Fantastic selection of RV's. Really enjoyed my experience here. I've been in the RV business for a long time and have had my share of trouble with service centres and pushy salesmen. The gang here is nothing but smiles and good (honest) advice. They also have a fantastic parts team who look out for your best interests in terms of bang for your buck!

Went in one Saturday in October to see about getting some parts for my pop up trailer. I was told the Parts dept. was closed. Ok, went back the next Tuesday at 4pm only to be told that parts was closed. It was then suggested that I take pictures of the parts I needed and send them to the parts dept email to get a response. Well, that was over a month ago and I still have not gotten a response of any kind from them. I guess they don't want my business. They probably don't want yours either. The positive reviews here make me wonder if they are fake because if you look at the negative reviews, why if they are so great at customer service and in the parts dept. would there even be 1 negative review? Something smells fishy...pee-ew!
