Very pleased with our food and service last Friday evening! The server was super sweet and friendly and also told us about this upcoming weekend and the Tomahawk Steak night. We purchased our tickets and reserved a table, many thanks to Danielle. As well the food was amazing!!
Food was great and the server Kare the new Brunswick girl was awessome. Kept tabs to see when beer required and engaged the lil fella, my son. Only negative of this place is the herds of smokers standing around the front where u enter. Tonight was good most nights lately we just go else where.
Breanne was the absolute best waitress. I made her change the tv channel a dozen times and she did it no questions asked every time. The food was wonderful, the drinks came out in a timely fashion and Breanne’s drink recommendations were phenomenal. What a place to be on a Sunday night! 19/10
One of our favorite restaurants, we order often. Have hade a few issues with orders lately, Management called to talk, and offered compensation. Really very happy with how things turned out, and customer service is really quite easy and friendly to deal with. Thank you
Feb 17, 2023. 6:45pm-8pm. I stop at canadian brew house about once a week pick up/dine in. My go to is the steak bites and sweet potato fries. I always look forward to picking up dinner but tonight my steak bites were horrible. They were squares of mush. The meat tasted like it sat at room temp for hours before being microwaved for 30 seconds. Hands down the most disgusting meal I've ever had. When I brought it to the servers attention she offered to get it taken off my bill or a gift card I was already playing and had no issue paying. Another lady came out and offered a dessert but nothing more. I decided and she ran away before any other form of communication could be had. In all honesty this place is not what it used to be. So much for a reliable place to eat.
Recently ordered online from this location after having done so previously in the past and receiving excellent food, I was disappointed with the most recent time as there were a few things slighty off about my order wrong sauces and such. Kyla of guest relations found out and personally made a point of reaching out to me about the order. After speaking with kyla I felt much better as I felt my concerns as a customer were recognized and addressed giving me more of a reason to return to this location.
I was there a few nights ago and ordered the cheesecake off the featured menu based off of a recommendation from my server Tanysha! She was very kind and made the whole experience so much better!
Always a good atmosphere and vibe at brewhouse the beer on tap is always cold and comes in a chilled glass. The food was delicious and came out quick the only thing better than the food and drinks was the amazing service from Kare would definitely recommend to others
