Went here on accident and I'm glad I did. The atmosphere was neat and eclectic with a cozy vibe. I had the farmhouse sandwich which was great. The pulled pork wasn't over powering and the turkey breast made a substantial meal. The house mad sauce blends perfectly with the other flavors for a great fresh tasting sandwich. The strawberry rhubarb cinnamon roll was pretty good as well. I would have liked for it to be a tad more moist but thats a personal preference. The caramel mocha latte was a nice finishing touch. Highly recommend eating eat.
Mitchell’s is a local favorite, hidden jewel in Fort McMurray. The sandwiches are made fresh in fromt if you on the BEST bread. Deserts are to die for and a variety of home made soups and salads will feed any hungry guy or gal. Awesome staff, great prices and healthier than fast food !!
This place adds to the community of Fort Mack. From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. It's the type of place you walk into and you don't care If it's crowded because the smell of all the fresh food makes you want to talk tk the person next to you who's waiting on their sandwich or soup etc. You can see what they have for fresh baked goods or their cold salad and foods they offer in their fridge for you to take home. There is seating outside on nice days. Staff are welcoming and always friendly. The menu offers something for everyone. Everything is fresh. Prices are fair and wait times aren't bad at all. Definitely will be back to try more. Carrot cake was amazing! Follow them on social media to see specials of the day!! Honestly amazing sandwiches hot and cold ones!
Best restaurant in town. I feel like I’ve won the lottery every time I’ve ate here. The atmosphere, customer service, and menu options are fantastic. Prices are more than fair which is an anomaly in Fort Mac. One of my favourite parts of living in this city is Mitchell’s Cafe.
It was ok, not my preference I wish I could split the review so I'll do it here.... No indoor dining, which is a shame, the atmosphere was awesome, the staff were chill and had great vibes. The food isn't my style but for others with a more carefree palate would prob appreciate it more.
The most delicious, unique bread... EVER! If you are in town, absolutely visit Mitchell's. They have soup, sandwiches, hot and cold drinks, treats, and so much more. If it's nice out, you can sit outside on their deck. A Fort McMurray Gem

Excellent restaurant in fort McMurray for freshly made sandwiches and soups. The bread is delicious and baked fresh with sandwiches made to order. The service is always great! It's definitely one of the top restaurants in town. The only downside is they're not open later for dinner!
First time here, but everyone told me how good it was. I was very impressed, the sandwich I got Montreal smoked meat was so tasty! If you like horseradish you’ll love it! Also, their drip coffee was surprisingly good as well.
