It was a lovely evening at Earls last night. Reserved for 12 people. Great music and food. Efficient staff who helped us from from ordering food down to food boxes and bags for take outs! For all ages. Worth the money!
I had the pleasure of hosting a business meeting at Earl's over lunch. We were originally going to use the private room however we had more attendees than anticipated and the management offered us the entire dining room to utilize! We were very grateful that they were so accommodating, and on top of that of course we had a wonderful lunch and great service! Thank you!
So I brought my Mother for a nice lunch, so I get placed next to a family with kids in an empty restaurant. Then the kids pee and they get a worker to clean it up with a filthy stinky mop. I get a great meal but a horrible experience. I ordered a Taco meal that said I get 4 but I got 2. I couldn’t get the waitress to look at me because she was too interested in the Father of the family next to us. My first time to Earls, and I figure my last.
Have amazing items on the menu during happy hour, amazing staff, quick service, really nice location. The patio was nice and my best experience was that I was greeted by a really really sweet guy who showed me to my table. The ambience, decor and setup is also very nicely done. Will definitely visit again.

Came in at 1140 on Sunday, enough time for happy hour brunch…server conveniently waited until 1201 to take our order… 40 minutes later, and still no food. Not a larger table, 4 adults. Definitely not the level of service I expect from Earls. Food came out at 1250. 3 orders of eggs Benedict- all cold. Bacon, cold and over cooked. The offer: take it back “warm it up”. Honestly just a terrible experience. I should have gotten up with my family and left to another place.
Very hit and miss…more miss than hit. Have gone five times over the last month and two were quite good and three were quite disappointing, hence the 2/5 rating. Food and service both seem to depend on who’s on shift for the day. Only time I’ve ever seen what appeared to be a manager she spent the whole time flirting with a customer and texting on her phone inside the bar; which was interesting because the place was packed and the servers were obviously swamped. Dinner today was frustrating, frustrating enough to actually write a review. Three guys out for dinner after work…they sat us at a couples booth…the lounge was half empty. Asked to move to a table that we actually fit at, was flat out told no, not possible due to having to keep all the waitresses equally busy…but our waitress had a table in every corner or the lounge, so not sure why we couldn’t sit at a table big enough for three guys. Guess it’s time to head to the steakhouse down the road or one of the places across the bridge next time. Shouldn’t be that hard to get a table designed for your party size, warm food, more than a single drink refill in a hour and a half. Also why are their kids in the lounge? There’s a restaurant section as well.
Came in for drinks and food with my girlfriend and sat at our table for 15 minutes with no service. Three staff members made eye contact and did not address us while we watched two tables get served immediately after they were seated after us… not a great experience at all pretty un impressed. I work in this industry and understand how it can be but this was pretty extreme.
The server was good but my salmon was super salty. My boyfriend ordered a steak medium rare and had to send it back. The cosmo however was on point!!! Absolutely delicious. Learned my lesson and will stick with the hot potato salad from now on. Have never been disappointed on that one
Great place to go out and eat in Fort McMurray. Service is always great the only downside for me personally is with their updated menu. They swapped the butter chicken with another dish which is super disappointing for me. But I would still recommend for date nights or good foodFood: 4/5
